However, please note that the initial advance payment made to commence the project is non-refundable. This advance covers initial setup costs, resource allocation, and preliminary work.

Once a project has officially started and work has commenced, we do not offer any refunds for the services rendered or for the advance payment.
We are committed to delivering high-quality services, and we work closely with our clients to ensure the project meets their expectations. If there are concerns about the service, we encourage clients to communicate with us to find a mutually agreeable solution.
4. Conditions for No Refund
- Project Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the project has started.
- Advance Payment: The advance payment is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds for cancellations due to a change of mind or internal project decisions.
